Event FAQ

What is the difference between making a reservation and booking an event?

EVENT: We allow all areas of our venue to be booked privately for events, including partial and full venue buyouts. Events can accommodate groups as small as 10 guests up to 1,000 (depending on the location). Booking an event will guarantee availability, space, and staffing for your group.

RESERVATION: A reservation guarantees a table in our Diner. Activities will be available on a first come first serve basis depending on availability.

Are there any fees associated with booking a private event?

To book an event space, we ask that a food & beverage minimum spend it met. If your group collectively spends the minimum for the space, there is no Room Rental fee. A 4% service fee, guest selected gratuity and sales tax is applied to the main bill.

How far in advance should I book?

We book our spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis and generally consider all future dates. It's never too early to begin your party planning with us.

What are my options for activities?

All of our spaces offer activities and are spatially contingent. Activities are billed by the hour. The activities located within your contracted space are completely exclusive to your group.

I know the venue is great for adults, but is it appropriate for kid gatherings?

Yes, we're family friendly until 10pm. After 10pm, all guests must be 21 years or older with a valid ID to be in the venue.

Do we need to have a pre-arranged menu package if we book a private event?

Groups of 20 or more are required to pre-select a menu package for their event using our event menu. We offer great buffet options for groups of 20 or more guests.

Can I bring in decorations?

Yes! You can bring decoration however we ask for no glitter, no confetti or anything that may damage the property. We cannot store any decorations, but you may arrive 30 minutes early to set them up. Please coordinate with your Event Sales Manager.

Can I bring in a Cake?

Yes! The cake must be provided by a licensed baker and may not be home made. A $2 per person outside dessert fee will apply.

Can you accommodate A/V / Music / DJ?

Yes! Limited AV (wireless mic, screen & projector) is available to rent depending on the location. A DJ or other live music is only permitted for a full buyout. Please coordinate with your Event Sales Manager for specific needs.
